The Body Readiness Ranking System was originally developed to make sure our trainers all gave the best quality of training. We wanted the trainers on staff to have a tool that allowed them to make workout routines that could accommodate any injury, any movement skill, any strength, and any capabilities without having them spend 10+ years learning orthopedics and advanced physical and biomechanics.
So we created this system that allowed us to train anyone safely with perfectly matched movements to their bodies.
Interestingly, what started as the ultimate safety and quality control tool became a system that accidentally increased retention and referrals. It has evolved into an entire system to encourage referrals for new clients and to increase the duration people trained with us by 173%.
